Shipping policy
The STRYDE Force team operates an ecommerce store selling fitness accessories to customers in the United States. Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics partners and shipped directly to customers.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
To keep shipping costs affordable, we primarily use Priority Mail International and similar international shipping services.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days after the order is placed.

Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days for U.S, 10-15 business days for international after dispatch.

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs processing in the destination country. Once a package has left our warehouse, STRYDE Force cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
If you experience any issues with tracking or delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your package cannot be located, you may file a claim with the carrier. In some cases, depending on the total value of your order, we may use a shipping method that requires a signature upon delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.
Are sales taxes included in your prices?
Yes, where applicable. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.
Sales tax is determined based on your location and the shipping ZIP code provided at checkout. Our system automatically checks the relevant sales tax regulations and calculates any applicable tax. If required, the tax amount will be collected during checkout and remitted to the appropriate local authorities.
Our system is regularly updated to reflect the latest sales tax policies. If a tax-free holiday applies in your area, the system will recognize it and will not collect sales tax during that period.
If you believe sales tax has been charged in error, please contact us and we will review the matter and issue a refund if appropriate.
Please note that STRYDE Force conducts retail sales only. If you are purchasing items for resale as a business, sales tax may still be applied at checkout. You will be responsible for claiming any applicable tax exemptions or credits through your business tax filings.
